After that, we can discuss what program and coaching package is best for you. Your program will be based on your priorities, goals, motivations, and results from the movement assessment. Below, you will find a list of my current offerings. Those listed are based on training programs with a 6 week duration. Programs can be longer or shorter based on your goals and needs. Pricing details will be discussed during or after we determine if there is a good fit to work together on the discovery call.

Note: To provide the best services and results for my clients, all packages include access to me, your coach, via text and email for guidance in optimizing the program (exercise technique, nutrition, recovery, stress management, etc.). Individual programs are delivered through the NASM Edge coaching app. One-on-one coaching sessions can be in-person or virtual.
